המתחם הצפוני, קאנטרי קלאב הכולל את השימושים הבאים:
אולמות חוגים ופעילויות, אולם כושר, ספא, בריכות שחיה מקורות, בריכות שחיה פתוחות, מלתחות, שירותים וקפיטריה.
המבנה בנוי סביב חלל מרכזי – ציר מרכזי מדרום לצפון, בצידו המזרחי חדרי פעילות וחוגים, מצדו המערבי מלתחות שירותים ובריכות שחיה. התכנית מאפשרת חלוקה לאזורים יבשים, אולמות חוגים ואיזורים רטובים – בריכות שחיה.
