קריית חינוך ובית ספר חדשני "פארק לכיש" אשדוד - זכייה בתחרות לביצוע.
רוח הפרויקט והתחרות:
מעצם היות הפרויקט בעל תפיסה חדשנית מבחינת שילוב פונקציות שונות ותפקודים שונים במשך שעות שונות של יממה, המשולב בתוך שכונת מגורים.
הפרויקט אמור להפגין חדשנות זו
באם מבחינה של טיפול בפרוגרמה, באם בהיבט המרחבי הפיזי, באם מבחינת שימוש בחומרים, פרופורציות של חללים, צבעוניות בחזיתות ובאם בהיבטים פדגוגיים ואדריכליים נוספים.
כמו כן, הפרויקט מציג תפישה שבה פרויקט בי"ס מהווה חלק מהמארג האורבני ללא גדרות
שבו קירות הבנין מהווים דופן מגדירה של הרחוב והמרחב העירוני.
הכניסה הראשית לבי"ס בבנין בעל מבנה גשר הינה השער ממול מרכזו של הציר המרכזי של הרובע.
לנושא החדשנות של הפרויקט בכל היבטיו היה משקל בבחירתנו כהצעה הנבחרת.
הפרוייקט כולל:
* בנין בי"ס יסודי 24 כיתות (4 ק').
* בנין אשכול גני ילדים 6 כיתות (2 ק').
* בנין מעון יום + 2 כיתות גני ילדים + בית כנסת (4 ק').
