הרחבת קניון "דרורים" - צומת בני דרור
ריענון שימושים ומתיחת פנים לקניון דרורים (שתוכנן ע"י משרדינו והוקם ב-1996) ע"י הוספת שדרת חנויות / מסעדות הפונות אל החוץ (בשונה מהקניון הקיים – הפנימיות) המשמשות כאתר לבילוי והסעדה וכן תוספת אגפים חדשים ב- 2 קומות. שנת ביצוע ההרחבה 2011.
